Clinical IT Congress

My friend here celebrated her 31st birthday last August 3. Before that we have lots of plans. We just want to make it as memorable as possible because she will soon go back home for good. So, we made at least 30 birthday invitations for her closes neighbors and friends. All invitation arrives at their destinations. However, only 20 people arrive at the party. She feels bad since she will no longer see and will not be able to say goodbye to that 10 people who did not arrive. But, the party must go on and she still feels happy in the end.
